I am having hot flashes and with the humidity, my makeup melts off before I get out of the house! Any suggestions?

I know how you feel as I am in the same situation. I apply less makeup in hot, humid weather. I skip liquid foundation as it just feels like a slick mask. I apply a little concealer, then some matte (oil-absorbing) face powder. It must be a good color match for your skin or else it looks bad. I touch up the powder later in the day.
I started using those mineral powder foundations when I ran into this problem and they work much better for me. If I have to touch up so easy..
What you can do is put on your foundation. Then concealer and powder. After that you can put on blush, eye shadow, eyeliner, mascara, etc. The foundation and powder makes the makeup stick.
Try a mattifying primer - L'Oreal makes a new one, i think it's called Studio Effects?
Foundation primer should do the trick. There are several good ones on the market that are relatively inexpensive. If you don't need a lot of coverage, a tinted moisturizer might be a simpler alternative to heavy foundation.
I use Bare Minerals too and love it. It got me through my hot flashes intact, along with evening primrose oil and black cohash. They got rid of my "power surges." Best wishes.
I've used Mineral Powder makeup for a couple of years now. I found out recently that two friends of my sister-in-law were diagnosed with Lou Gehrig's disease and the doctor believes it was caused by the mineral makeup.
