Hi, there doesnt appear to be any raising agent in your recipe. I think if I make this I will add 2 teaspoons of baking powder sifted in with the dry ingredients.
Sorry I see 1 teaspoon baking powder-now I read the recipe properly.
Perhaps a tad more would be better?
