Fill the foam bottle 1/3 of the way with soap then the other 2/3 with water.

You put the soap in the pump container. It's the container that makes the soap foamy, not the soap itself.

1/3 soap, fill with water. Voila! Have made mine this way for years. Saves soap, and water to wash it off dishes and cloths. :)
