Skinny Chicks for EasterLet kids create several of these quick and easy chicks to adorn their Easter baskets. I plan to mail one to my niece, who is away at college, with a note that says "From one skinny chick to another." Have fun with these cute chicks!

Approximate Time: About 15 minutes

Supplies:

Instructions:

If you're creating these with small children, use a craft glue instead of a hot glue gun. Also, instead of purchasing craft feathers, you can purchase an inexpensive feather duster at the dollar store. Instructions: Paint the craft sticks with your choice of acrylic paints and allow to dry. (You can use a hair dryer to speed up the drying process.) Glue three feathers, the color of your choice, onto the back of the craft sticks (as pictured). Fold orange paper in half and cut out a diamond-shaped beak. Glue on wiggly eyes and the beak on the front of the craft stick. Poke them in Easter baskets, plants, etc.
