I am a single mother of a 7 year old and have one on the way. I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath mobile home and there is just not enough room for all the baby stuff. I really need help building a room onto my mobile home for my new baby. Is there any help out there for low income families?

Do you own your mobile home? Are you working? You state you are a single mother but does that mean you never married or are you divorced?
Is the father of the 7 year old or the new baby providing support?
If not - why? Have you checked on legal help to "make" the fathers pay support? The fathers are who you should be asking for help.
You probably presently receive government benefits so ask for help at the Department of Family & Children either in your area or on line.
I believe it will be very difficult in the present economy to find someone willing to do this type of work (free labor and free expensive materials plus permits etc).
It seems that you have a nice setup with a home with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths so my suggestion would be to try and rearrange your present home to accommodate the new baby. Many people have to use other areas in their homes when the circumstances warrant it.
I agree with the previous post in that you should be asking the fathers of your children for help, rather than asking a stranger to sacrifice his time and money.
