Cut out the template. Attach it to the felt using rolls of tape and cut out two (2) carrots. Then cut 3 short lengths of ribbon. Use a lighter to melt the ends to prevent fraying, if desired.
Use hot glue to attach the ribbon pieces to the felt.
Sandwich the ribbon between the felt pieces and sew together with embroidery floss, using a backstitch. Then add the details to the carrot.

Attach the pin back with hot glue. Allow glue to dry. Enjoy!
