Making a Tinsel Pipe Cleaner Heart Garland

Here is a budget friendly heart garland you can make to be festive for Valentine's Day.

With just 6 pipe cleaners, string and hot glue I was able to craft this garland. You can make more or less hearts (that depends on you)! This concept/garland could also be used for parties like a gender reveal party and instead of red/silver you could do blue/pink.

*I actually bought the pipe cleaners (tinsel stems recently from Hobby Lobby for 90%, 50 pieces for only 39 cents). If you don't have any pipe cleaners, they can be bought for less than $2 at Michael's (or your local craft store) plus you can use their store coupons 40-60% off to save money.
