Can a puppy who survived parvo return back home after being treated at the hospital and survive? The house has been bleached clean and their old toys, rags, cloths, and beds were all thrown away. The house was being bleached daily for 3 - 5 days while the puppy was at the hospital. Now when he comes back home, will he be OK in the same environment or can I not keep him back in the same place and have to find him a new home?

Yes but other than the house check the yard. Clean any feces in the yard and bleach also.Parvo can live up to a year in feces and soil so outside as well as inside.
Parvo can last 6 months inside and up to a year outside. Keep the dog inside until all vaccines have been given and the vet says it is ok.
You should talk with your vet before bringing your puppy home or call them if the pup is already home.
Your puppy will be immune to the virus but will still need a lot of gentle care and attention.
Please read this article and be glad to see your puppy coming home.
