I have a 5 year old male dog. He is crossed with German Shepherd and Beagle. All day long while we are at work he doesn't do any business in the house, we come home and let him outside for x amount of time and before we go to bed. Yet every morning and when I go in the porch there is huge amount of pee, always in the same spot? Any suggestions on how we can stop this because if it keeps up I'm just going to get rid of him because I can't take much more. This has been going on for 3 months now.

First off if he is peeing in the same spot that means he is marking his territory. Is your dog fixed? If not it might be a good idea to fix him. I have a male dog that I didn't fix because I wanted to use him as a breeder. A few friends had asked me to use my dog.
He started to pee in my home and after I had him fixed this one stopped. However, you'll need to get this area cleaned good and use some type of cleaner that will eliminate the urine smell so he can't find it again.
At night you might need to change the place the dog is allowed to sleep and keep him in a confined area until he stop this habit. They are angry with you for one reason or another and this is a behavior habit they are doing right now. You'll need to find out what has changed around your home and then it will be easier to correct this problem.
