I was working on a construction site and along the fence line there was a mallard duck with a nest full of eggs. She had gotten killed by a predator. So I collected the eggs and put them in my warm car. At the end of my work shift they went into an incubator. What are the chances of survival? It was cold last night.

Unfortunately I don't think anyone can say. Eggs are so fragile and even when the mom sits on them to the full time, not all hatch. Mother Nature can be generous and she can be cruel.
If you have a wildlife refuge that takes calls, I would call and get their guidance and any hints and tips they offer based on your location and things they see in the wild where you are. Every area has different challenges (parasites etc.)
So sad for the mommy duck!! Prayers for the survival of the eggs and that you are able to get them to hatch and release when they are ready. I think with the help of a professional wild life team you can offer them the best chances possible!!
