It looks like your Oster Bread Maker #5815 manual is going to be difficult to find. It is scarce so companies are charging a high price for copies.
However, looking at the #5814 and #5815 for sale listings on eBay the machines look very similar and you may be able to use the #5814 manual.

I'm pretty sure you can probably find a book for your bread maker online. Look the brand name and model number up. If that doesn't work, really any recipe will work as long as the size is the same and you don't over fill your machine. Loaf size very important Enjoy. . And have a slice for me!
