I am looking for an instruction manual for a Welbilt abm 3400. Does anyone know where to get one, I don't really want to pay 10 bucks for a copy?

Did you "google" it? There are a lot of free manuals. maybe the 3400 is a lot like the 3500 model. Maybe most Welbilt use the same settings and numbers for loaf size etc.
