Mix all ingredients except chicken. Once mixed well, put in the chicken. Mix well. Leave it to marinate for 2 hours or 15 minutes in the freezer if in a hurry.
Heat oil in pan, add onions and fry until translucent. Add in the chicken with the marinated juices. Stir once in a while until done and until all the fluid evaporates. If fluid evaporates and chicken is still not done, add a cup of water. Cook until done.
Serve as starters with tortillas

Cut thicken and place in casserole dish; don't crowd. Mix vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic. Pour over chicken and marinate at least 1 hour or overnight.
