If we both are on Medicaid and we get married will that effect our Medicaid?

It may since you will live in the same household and your incomes will be combined.
You need to discuss this with your case worker as every state is different in regards to Medicaid benefits.
Generally your benefits will be based on combined income but reasons for being on Medicaid are also considered in some states.
Discuss your concerns with your case worker and decide what actions are best for you.
HOW DOES MARRIAGE AFFECT YOUR MEDICAID?
Step 1
IT WILL NOT AFFECT YOU IF YOUR ON DISABILITY NO MATTER WHAT YOUR SPOUSE DOES FOR A LIVING.
Step 2
AS LONG AS YOU HAVE BEEN ON IT FOR 2 YEARS PRIOR TO GETTING MARRIED.
You will need to talk to the state entity that runs your Medicaid. They can give you all the details.
If you have trouble finding them or understanding what they are saying (I know how complicated this stuff is), you may want to find your state senator and visit his or her local office and sit down with someone there to help you go through it all.
I found our person through Google. I am in PA and just put in my city and the phrase STATE SENATOR into Google and it came right up. His office was close to my house and on the bus line!
The folks there have helped us now 3-4 times with things and are just amazing...you don't pay to get this help either..it is free since tax dollars pay for it.
What I liked is they can upload documents to the state's website and when you are dealing with Medical Assistance, at least in our state, you have to send the state a zillion items...if you can't do that at home, talk to the Senator's office...they usually can!
Wishing you all the best!
