Bake brownies as directed. While still warm, spread marshmallow cream across top. Melt butter in pan on stove, add cocoa and Karo. Take off heat, gradually add sugar to desired thickness. If needed, add milk to thin. Pour over marshmallow cream. Best served warm, but just as good cold with a tall glass of milk.
