On logic, 7 ozs. is 1 ounce less than a cup. But if you've ever looked at a jar of marshmallow creme, it's bigger than a cup. Check the nutrition panel for how many ounces, servings, etc. Or just measure it out yourself, just to prove us wrong. I didn't look here to post, I wanted to see what everyone else said. Marshmallow creme is not going to weigh the same as water because it is much lighter, so a 7 oz. jar = 2 1/8 cups
