Marshmallow Mint Dessert

Ingredients:

• 1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
• 1 pkg. mini colored marshmallows
• 1 lg. container Cool Whip

• 2 cups candy mints, crushed
• 1/2 cup butter
• red or green food coloring

Directions:

Roll cookies in crumbs, mix with butter and pat 3/4 crumbs in 9x13 pan. Stir food color into the Cool Whip. Fold in rest of ingredients, except reserved crumbs. Pour over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill overnight. Freezes well.
