My Maytag front load washer will not start. It flashes the letter "F" then the number "11".

my maytag washer runs fine, untilit gets to the spin cycle. when it get to the spin cycle it flashes f9 or e1
F9E1 = LONG DRAIN: Water level does not change after the drain pump is on for 10 minutes. Drain hose/drain pump clogged? Check tub sump under impeller for obstructions.
Checked all hoses and front for blockage cleaned it all and still stops and beeps. What next?
You have something stuck in the drain motor. It's an easy fix, remove the back and drain the motor housing, make sure you don't unscrew the plug all the way until after you drain all the water, and there will be alot so make sure you retighten it after filling you drain pan. Once that's done unscrew the plug and reach in and whatever is stuck in the, probably a sock or small article of clothing.

F11 = MCU ERROR: Motor Control Unit Error - A repeating under OR overvoltage condition. If the failure occurs during a high-spin the door remains locked for 2 minutes.
