Copycat McCormick seasoning recipe from this website: www.aroundmyfamilytable.com/
2 tablespoons coarse kosher salt
4 teaspoons dill weed
1.5 tablespoons coarsely ground black pepper
4 teaspoons coarsely ground coriander seeds
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons paprika
1-2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
Combine everything together in a small bowl and store in an airtight container.
To use, sprinkle liberally on steaks or add to ground beef for hamburgers.

I may have read the question incorrectly as I thought the 'top chop seasoning' was referring to chops so I may have been looking for the wrong seasoning.
It will be very hard to find a copycat recipe. They really kept their recipes secret.
It must be very difficult to 'copycat' the McCormick seasonings as requests for discontinued items are common but rarely found.
About the only thing you can do is copy the ingredients provided by McCormick and experiment to find a combination you like.
Are you sure that you have the name 'Top Chop Seasoning' correct? as I cannot find that name listed under McCormick anywhere and it does not show up on their discontinued site.
Most sites are recommending the McCormick Bag 'n Season Pork Chops Cooking & Seasoning Mix.
