Does anyone have the recipe for McCormick's All Natural Greek Seasoning?

They usually keep those recipes a secret. This is the one I use. www.allrecipes.com/
I doubt you will find a copycat recipe of very many of McCormick's blends but there are some good substitutes available that can be customized to suit your personal taste.
Here is a good one. The ingredient list is near the bottom.
Allrecipes always has good blend recipes.
The McCormick site gives the ingredients:
SALT, SPICES, GARLIC, SUGAR, MALTODEXTRIN, ONION, AUTOLYZED YEAST, AND LACTIC ACID.
If you are creative, perhaps you could determine the percentages. Post back if you get it figured out. I am sure a lot of people would love it!!

PS. From the Wiki Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide that is used as a food additive. It is produced from starch by partial hydrolysis and is usually found as a white hygroscopic spray-dried powder. Maltodextrin is easily digestible, being absorbed as rapidly as glucose and may be either moderately sweet or almost flavorless.
