The answers above are correct, but i'd like to add that the conversion is 16 Tablespoons or 48 Teaspoons to a Cup. If you keep those measurements in mind, or (if absent-minded, as i am), written down in the front of your cookbook, it will make it easy for future conversions.

The conversion is 10 TBSP & 2 TSP. May I add by adding 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce to the batter, makes the most moist cakes and sweet breads.
