Meatloaf

Ingredients:

• 2 lb. ground beef
• 2 eggs
• oatmeal to suit
• onion flakes to taste
• salt and pepper, to taste
• garlic to taste

Directions:

Mix everything together. Put in pan; cover and bake at 350 degrees F. until done (about 45-60 minutes).
