Photo Description Meerkats have always been one of my favorite animals. With their nosy parker attitude, they remind me of little children getting up to all kinds of mischief. I just loved this mob ~ they were watching us with the same amount of curiosity as we were watching them! I am sure if they had a camera, they would have been clicking away too!
We went on a Sunday outing to Mystic Monkeys and Feathers, a wildlife park in Dinokeng North. Mystic Monkeys and Feathers hosts one of our country's biggest private primate collections. We came across this meerkat family during our visit.

Thanks for the kind feedback. I am so grateful for a forum such as Thriftyfun that allows us to share the beauty of our different countries. I love the animals and birds that I see in the photo contests, many which we do not have in my country. Visiting the USA is definitely on my bucket list... :-)
