Without a photo of the table, it is very difficult to answer this question, since perhaps claw feet are not just part of your table, but its highlight, and replacing original claw feet with not original will significantly reduce the value of the table. The less changes and repairs were applied to the furniture, the more value it will hold.
Most Mersman furniture is not terribly expensive to begin with. I think the price difference would be around 15%.

I'm not sure that I understand exactly what you are asking, as I'm not sure that you can just replace the 'claw feet' on a table.
