This makes a wonderful end-of-the-year teacher gift. You could also make one for a birthday or wedding present.
Supplies:
- scrapbooking paper
- glass jar
- double-stick tape
- ruler
- scissors or paper cutter
- rubberbands
Steps:
- Cut colorful paper into 1 x 8.5 inch strips. Have each person write a message on a paper strip.
- Wrap the paper strips around a pencil to curl them.
- Create a label using various papers for the front of the bottle. Use strong glue or double-stick tape to attach the label to the bottle. Wrap rubber bands tightly around the label until it is securely adhered.
- Remove the rubber bands and place the messages into the bottle. The recipient is sure to love this sentimental gift!
