Microwaving Potatoes

When baking potatoes in your microwave; scrub, then rub them with a bit of oil or butter. Then place in a brown paper bag to microwave. You'll see how much better they turn out!

Microwaving Potatoes

We simply poke the potatoes with a knife put them in a glass bowl(usually 4 normal size) add about 2 inches of water to the bottom of the bowl loosely cover and microwave. 5 minutes per potato. They turn out wonderful, yum yum. (06/24/2009)
