This fudge is really rich and sweet! It's well worth it!
Yield: Makes about 4 pounds
Ingredients:
- 4 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 pkgs. chocolate chips
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 pt marshmallow creme
- 1 (5oz) sweet chocolate bar (chopped into bits)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 (8oz) semi-sweet chocolate bar (chopped into bits)
Steps:
- Bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes after it starts to boil. Stirring constantly to keep it from scorching.
- In a large container have ready the remaining ingredients.
- Pour the boiled mixture over chocolate mixture and stir together until the chocolate is melted.
- Add nuts (optional).
- Pour into two 9x12 inch pans or 1 cookie sheet.
