So my sewing machine was first of all hooking to later realize that the bobbin case has shifted and the needle was hitting it. So I opened it up and turned the bobbin case back. Then I left it and came back another time to use it and it wasn't stitching. I checked online and they said the hook timing was wrong. I checked it and fixed it.
Now if I roll the wheel, the hook gets the top thread, but once I put in the cloth it doesn't. I'm so confused. I need help.

In order to get these small machines to stitch correctly, you need to get them adjusted perfectly. The machine is not picking up the thread from the bobbin to form your stitch. You need to take the bobbin and case out and realign this. Now make sure when you turn the wheel the needle is going in right and getting the thread from the bobbin.
I would check YouTube for a video on your machine. Sadly these machines are notorious for issues.
Post back which of the many videos helped best!
