Ingredients:
- 2 lb chicken thighs
- 2 Tbsp miso
- 3 Tbsp sake
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tsp ginger
- 2 olive oil
Steps:
- Chop garlic cloves and ginger.
- Add all ingredients into a ziplock bag (miso, sake, sugar, soy sauce, chopped garlic/ginger, and olive oil). Shake ingredients to combine.
- Add chicken thighs into ziplock bag. Allow to marinate overnight.
- Ready to grill for 3-5 minutes per side until chicken is fully cooked with grilled marks.
