Ingredients:
- 1 tsp red miso
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 green bell peppers
- 1 bunch kale
- 1/2 onion
- Dash of salt
Steps:
- Wash vegetables - kale and green bell pepper.
- Dry the kale and cut the center stem off. Then cut the kale in half.
- Slice bell peppers and dice white onions.
- Get a pan, add olive oil and turn on high heat and add green bell peppers, red miso and sauté for 5 minutes. Then add kale and mix together for 10 minutes. Sprinkle dash of salt onto of the side dish and ready to serve.
