The mixer blade is stuck on the shaft in the bottom of my hbd102 breadmaker.

I just saw several ManuelS/ recipe booklets on eBay along with replacements parts for several models including HB201. ALSO, MY HITACHI HB201 HAS DIRECTIONS ON THE SIDE OF THE MACHINE.

You can basically follow most bread machine recipes. I found some good ones on the Allrecipes.com site as .
