I live in southeast Texas. This is quite the issue and it has happened fast. I live in a mobile home that my grandparents lived in. I purchased the land and house on one acre about 5 years ago. I ended up replacing much of the floor as it had rotted hoping that would be it, but while doing so realized that all the insulation is gone under the home. The mobile home is full of mold and it seems like it happened over night. It is on the walls and ceiling and you can see it and smell it.
The mobile home is 45 years old and I have been told it would cost more to fix the issues than the mobile home is worth. I am beside myself as I am not a wealthy man by any means and am barely making ends meet, with a wife and child I am concerned that the health issues may be a very serious concern as both have asthma. Is there someone or some place to get financial help. Any information would be helpful and thank you everyone for your help.

I would contact Habitat for Humanity or HUD.org.
I do not believe you will find anyone or any agency that will help you with this problem.
Most agencies that offer any kind of assistance or even grants will not approve work repairs on a mobile home.
You might try Google free help with mobile home repairs low income family with your zip code.
There may be some agencies in your area that you can apply to so if any agency names pop up you should try to qualify for/to all.
