(Heat water and margarine to rolling boil)
Stir in:
Bake on ungreased jelly roll pan at 400 degrees Ffor 30 minutes. Crust will be very bumpy.

Mix well together and spread over crust, bumps and all. Top with 8 oz. container Cool Whip and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
