I use my pastry blender for many things, but my favorite is for making egg salad. Boiled eggs can be slippery when trying to use a fork to chop them up, using a pastry blender makes it easy and you can make it as coarse or fine as you like it!

I use mine for all sorts of food related things. I prefer the metal ones over the plastic ones. The metal one's last longer and are better quality than the plastic one's.
