What is the best way to keep mosquitoes off my dog?

Can't vouch for this, but I've heard you can put a few drops of cider vinegar in the dog's water bowl and also give the dog a bit of garlic. Would caution you to check with your vet before doing this, however. I just read these ideas elsewhere, so I have no idea if they really work. Good luck!
