There was a scuff mark on my guitar, so I used the Magic Eraser. It took off the scuff mark, but now there is a dull mark left. Is there any way to dissolve that?

It rubbed off the finish. Put some wax or clear nail polish on the dull area.
Sometimes a tiny bit of pledge cleaner on a white cloth will correct the magic eraser mess. Try it on a small spot before doing the entire surface. If it doesn't work you may want to take it to an instrument repair shop and get a professional opinion, so as not to cause further damaged.
You do not say if you have an expensive guitar or if this is a practice guitar so be sure you think this through before you do anything that might damage the finish.
With a specialty item like a guitar, you should seek the advice of professionals as just one minor step could do irreparable damage.
There are special ways to clean a guitar and should be followed even if it is an inexpensive guitar. Certain cleaners are a no no and should never be used. Almost all professionals recommend using products made especially for guitars and since this is not a big expense it would seem the best thing to do.
They recommend using only a guitar polish that contains pure carnauba wax but some do say you can rub one or two drops of oil (mineral, almond or linseed oil) into the fretboard to condition it. Make sure to wipe off excess oil with a soft, dry rag.
Check out these sites as they have some very good directions for cleaning and conditioning a guitar.

You essentially sanded a 2000 grit surface onto your clearcoat... thats the bad news. The good news is this is exactly the grit used to level clearcoat prior to polishing.
