Inside the Sure Jell box are some recipes for making different kinds of jelly. Everytime I make mango, papaya, or passion fruit jelly all I do is follow the recipe for strawberry jelly. Basically, all jelly recipes are the same. You will have so many cups of fresh fruit that you must cook down for a certain time before adding the sugar and sure jell. Just follow the strawberry jelly recipe inside the package and replace the strawberries with mulberries.
