I have model#42514XBA. It has a new battery, but won't turn over and there is no clicking? What could be the problem?

Check the fuse connection under the seat, it is for the seat safety switch. It may have became disconnected or blew the fuse.
Where are all the fuses.. i have checked the switch under seat and cluch. Crossed both to make connection,.still no power to motor.are these switvhes normal open or closed circuts?
Problem could be several possibilities but not enough information. Suggest you take it to a repair shop for a repair estimate.
