What in the world could be going on with my feet and ankles? They are itching and burning terribly! I've had this for quite some time now it comes and it goes the mark seem to be staying though. I wake up sometimes with these scratches on my ankles, sometimes they're on my arms. But my feet and ankles are itching so bad!
I rub lotion on them and it goes away for a little while. I sprayed vinegar water solution on my ankles and I swear to God, you could see things moving on my skin like underneath my skin, like white patches. It's almost like the tips of my toes are emitting some sort of mist I feel it you can almost see it! What in the world?

I'm currently doing my Master's of Science in Nursing and have worked in wound care dealing with vascular issues for over two years, and I completely agree that it's time to see your primary care provider. Due to the location in your upper and lower extremities as well as the surrounding vasculature shown in the pictures you could possibly have anything from a peripheral vascular issue to a dermatological issue that perhaps you've simply scratched a little too vigorously while sleeping.
Itchy feet can be a symptom of a serious problem. If you try self-treatment at home that doesnt resolve your problem within two weeks, see your doctor.
There may be a serious underlying medical condition. It is time to have a medical professional eval.
You may have bird mites infesting your skin. See a dermatologist.
Omg... Do u know what they actually look like zoomed in on a camera? Because I've been going through this for a year and I have exhausted all avenues trying to figure out what the heck was going on! Things are all over my house and in my car I'm wondering if it's the bushes outside somebody told me to check into bird mites if there was a bird nest in the Attic or something like that! My skin has got these marks all over them and I swear my skin is moving!

This has gone long enough, It is time for professional advice, like a Medical doctor, Podiatrist, or even a Dermatologist can help. This can stem from many different areas. Be safe, and follow up.
There are so many possible causes for this that it would be impossible to diagnose online. I would go to your doctor and have them refer you to a specialist to get to the bottom of what is happening.
When I have an allergic reaction, I will get itchy feet and ankles. Sometimes it moves up my legs and to my hands as well. The more I scratch them, the worse it looks. Another possibility is that it is from fleas, which generally bite there. Or it could be a case of athlete's foot. A dermatologist can give you the best information and treatment options.
Good luck and do let us know what it turns out to be.
