My white female zebra finch laid 3 eggs, 2 in the nest and one at the bottom of the cage. I haven't seen them lay on the eggs it's her first time. What should I do?

Female finches typically lay several eggs before they begin sitting on the nest. It takes 14 days from the time she starts sitting on the eggs until they hatch. You can get some good information about raising finches at birds-at-home.blogspot.com/
The female can lay 5 to 7 eggs before they will even consider sitting on the nest. You have no need to worry and you should allow nature to take its course. Allow the parents to occupy the eggs and the nest.
If you choose a pet that requires a cage perhaps one that doesn't would be
a better choice for the pet. Your bird, however, likely received no parenting skills. Finches are high anxiety and hyper awareness creatures to aid in their survival. You should not expect much 'natural' brooding behavior in a cage without proper attention to socialization. Don't leave those eggs in there long!
Don't worry about your bird, it's natural , and they take care of there own. If you bother them, the mother may not want to care for the rest!
You should leave her eggs alone,if you touch them she will not want them. She will do what needs to be done.
