Mystery Black Insect Eggs or Fungus on Soil in Garden - what appears to be black insect eggs under ivy geraniums What is this attached to the soil under my ivy geraniums. Is it mold or insect eggs? This is outside, in autumn, Brisbane qld Australia. It has been getting watered regularly.
