If I may suggest, the fast and reliable part should be fast and reliable cleaning and would be better used as a motto and not part of the name.
The challenge here is broombroom.com is not available as domain name if you want a website.
You may want to tweak the business name a bit to Jose's Broom Broom or even JF's Broom Broom at least for the website.
