Parents want responsible sitters and no gimmicks. So my suggestion is not to be too cutsie.
You may want to consider keeping the business name simple, like Callie and Grace's babysitting service.
If you have a specialty you could have that as a motto...like specializing in infants and toddlers or offering in home care, evenings and weekends.
