A girlfriend and I want to start a cleaning business here in Odessa, TX. Her name is Dezereaz and mine is Tamra. We are both in A.A. so our lives have tremendously changed over the past year. We thought about Serenity Cleaning, but are not sure. We are also two picky people on cleaning our own house. Can you help us pick a name and a slogan to match.

Try a name that suggests clean rather than a "feeling good" name. You need something that pops and gives the customer what they are looking for. So if you were looking for a cleaner and you know how you like your house to look, what would you be looking for, and there is your answer. Write down all sorts of names and meanings for "clean" and twist them about a bit until you find something that feels right. Good luck with your business. How about "squeaky clean"? (09/18/2009)

Congratulations on your sobriety and your new business venture. Fellow AA's are all around and tend to help each other out business-wise so I would make reference to AA somehow in the name without hitting non AA's over the head with it.
Or, nothing to do with AA.
