I am starting a home care business for individuals with disabilities, but I can't think of a name. I am down to the following 4 names and would love your feedback! They are: Trusting Hands Support Services, Almost Family Support Services, Hope at Home Support Services, and One Stop Healthcare!

I like "Trusting Hands Support Service"
I like the name of trusting hands. Just make sure the name is available and you can create your website using this name. There are so many great names that have been taken it is hard to find a good one that is still available.
I agree with the others, Trusting Hands is my favorite among the choices. If you're unable to use that name, Hope at Home Support Services would be my second choice.
While I like Trusting Hands the best, and the domain name www.trustinghandssupportservices.com is open, there are a large number of companies that use trusting hands in their name so yours could get lost in the shuffle if people are trying to Google it and not remember your exact name.
The name www.hopeathomesupportservices.com is also open and it brings up much fewer in the competition. Company name would then be Hope at Home Support Services
That would be my choice because it gives you less of a chance of being mixed up with someone else.
