I'm about to start a home decor store in Nasik, Maharashtra (India). And I'm confused regarding what name to start with. Can you put in your suggestions?
I need a clever name that's easy to spell and very catchy for both classes and masses. A shorter name is preferable.well, it really depends. Clearly we could only offer a name in English, but perhaps you wanted something that would apply more to your local area
Doing a Wikipedia search I see that your area is near the Western Ghats mountains and the river Godavari. Also that it is one of the highest cities in India, so play to that.
There also is a great temple complex and yearly peace pilgrimage at Panchavati. It has the largest peaceful gathering in the world! That sounds huge, too.
In short, come up with something that plays to the particular characteristics of your area, that is what branding does.
If i were to come up with an idea, it would be something like "Home Delights from the Top of the World" or "Peaceful Offerings" or "Mountain River Decor" - I'm' sure you can come up with something from your area that really inspires you with a name
I am setting up a business starting with cushion covers and eventually anything to do with the home, i.e., coasters, table mats, aprons, oven glove designs, etc. My designs are all hand painted and will reflect the theme of Egyptian modern design. Please help with business name ideas?

Step 1
1. You want to make sure that whatever you do you do not duplicate what's already on Etsy. You can't, of course, find every last name but at least run the first 5 or 10 choices by the

2. Pick an adjective you want to be known for. In this case, 'vintage' is a good choice. So then make a list of all the adjectives and nouns that mean the same as 'vintage', going to thesaurus.com is one way. So for instance 'timeless' is a word that could be similar to 'vintage', so you can use it for your name
Step 3
3. Choose a synonym for what you sell, IE decor, decorations, accents, details, etc. So you could be called 'timeless accents'
Step 4
4. Use the same for Southern or from the South. The only one that occurs to me is Dixie, but you get the idea.
Step 5
5. Any another word that means anything personal, like a surname or other.
This should give you ideas on generating a great name.
Five of us are starting a new store. Four of us have new and repurposed home decor and furniture. 1 have boutique clothing, shoes, and jewelry. We want a really cool name that is inclusive of all that we will be selling.

I've started my own home decor range. I'm struggling with a name. I thought of "home made", but don't want it to come across as it's been made at home (crafty), but more as the item will make your home. It needs to be short, 10 letters at most, as must fit on outer label.
The product range includes screen printed scatter cushion covers, aprons, magazine racks, pouches, and eventually I would like to incorporate throws, duvet covers, and poufs.
My prints are quirky, yet modern and fun, mostly silhouettes, speckles, triangles, deer heads, pineapples, fox heads, etc. as well wording such as - "you are my sunshine" and "good morning gorgeous".
The colours include black, white, grey, gold, and rose gold. Please help!
