If you are going to be a sole proprietor (meaning just you) depending on your state it may be easiest and least expensive not to set up a fictitious name and just use your name as the business name and create a catchy motto like:
Offering assistance with activities of daily living in the comfort of your home.
If you need a web domain name you could do something like:
CindyBoothcares.com
At the moment it is still available so if you go that route, you will want to buy it in the .com, .net and maybe even the .org versions to protect your interest.
