You will need to very careful that you do nothing to infringe upon the copyrighted materials from the Seuss series. Nothing would ruin your business faster than a cease and desist order.
Have you run by your theme and how you are going to operationalize it with your lawyer? I would do that before I did anything else.
You may want to start with just your name an the phrase In Home Day Care.
Post back what your lawyer says then maybe I can come up with some other ideas!
