Between the two names you mention I think Kiddies Manor is the better of the two. My suggestion for a slogan is, Where quality care is our priority.
Kiddies Manor is great!
How about a motto of:
Where children grow in mind, spirit and soul
Congrats on your venture!
I like Manor better than Lounge. Lounge implies little learning is taking place. A slogan could be Let your child be royalty at Kiddie Manor!
Kiddies Manor sounds unique and probably does not need a lot of expounding on.
Copy all of the suggestions and maybe mix um up to find one that matches your center.
Where royalty treatment is fun.
