When my son first started going to day care, he went to one called "Little Acorns", their motto was "From little acorns grow strong oaks". It's long gone, but I always thought that was a neat name and motto. (05/26/2009)

I had a childcare business in Galliano, LA for many years. Because I love being a grandma and love for children to call me "Maw Maw", I named my business "Maw Maw's House". The parents said it had a "warm" feeling to it and made them feel that their child was loved, like they were actually taking them to their MawMaw's house. Some of those kids (now grown) still call me Maw when they see me. (05/30/2009)

There is one here in Australia called 'Tadpoles', very clever I thought. (06/10/2009)

I think they are more willing to go to join a "club" than daycare, so how about calling it "Kid's Club". (06/10/2009)
